PERMANENT CONTRACT – Quality Insurance Engineer (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Referencing, monitoring and verification of subcontractors

• Onboarding subcontractors / Supporting them in implementing our requirements
• Monitoring the approval of specifications, other contractual documents and audits
• Managing non-conformities and complaints relating to the quality management system and monitoring quality deviations handled by the department
• Monitoring action plans and associated key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Reviewing batch records and controlling products as part of the annual control plan

Internal quality management system

• Improving our quality documentation, including the internal document system and supplier/subcontractor documentation
• Taking part in the internal audit program

Deployment of action plans related to the department’s strategic activity

• Managing KPIs and driving continuous internal and external improvement
• Leading the strategy and implementing new tools

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in biological engineering, or professional Master’s degree with a specialization in quality
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics industry
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of applicable quality standards
• Dynamic, adaptable, rigorous and analytical
