POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Group Asset Manager, you will support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's asset management strategy across its various business units. Working closely with local and Group departments (Leasing, Operations, Design, Development and Marketing), you will contribute to maximizing asset performance and support the achievement of the Group's financial objectives through analysis, reporting and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Value Creation
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of asset value creation initiatives across the portfolio, with a focus on enhancing financial performance and supporting long-term asset strategies.
Asset Analysis & Strategic Support
Support the assessment of asset performance and contribute to recommendations related to value creation opportunities, leasing initiatives, investment decisions and business planning.
Collaboration Across the Group
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between local teams and Group functions, helping to promote best practices within Asset Management.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor, analyse and report on key asset performance indicators, including rental growth, tenant performance, capital expenditure (Cap
Ex) and vacancy levels.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular financial and operational reports and support the evaluation of the impact of strategic initiatives on asset performance and value creation.
Business Planning Support
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of five-year business plans, working with local teams to ensure consistency with Group objectives and financial forecasts.
Project Support
Contribute to the execution of key asset initiatives and projects, including refurbishments, extensions and significant leasing transactions.
ERV Review
Support the annual review of Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) across the portfolio and contribute to the assessment of rental reversion opportunities.
Strategic Communication
Help communicate asset management priorities, reporting insights and key initiatives to stakeholders across the Group.
Process Improvement
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and support the follow-up of agreed action plans.
Tools & Modelling
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal reporting, management and financial modelling tools.
Profile
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent) from a business school or university, with a specialization in Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management or a related field.
Experience
Around 2 years of professional experience in Asset Management, Real Estate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Analysis, Valuation, Audit or a related field.
Previous internship or graduate experience within the real estate sector would be an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of financial modelling and real estate metrics is appreciated.
International Exposure
Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
Personal Skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
