CDI - Finance Lab Agentic & Automation Lead - Corporate (H/F/X)
Permanent contract, full time
Location: 136 avenue Charles de Gaulle, Neuilly-sur-Seine (France)
Hybrid: up to 2 days/week remote, subject to activity and manager approval
Travel: monthly to England; occasional international travel, including external innovation events and peer‑group meetings

Context
Within Global Finance (Direction Générale Finances), the Global Finance Lab – Agentic & Process Automation accelerates adoption of CHANEL technologies and shares best practices. This role is created to anchor that ambition: a hands‑on innovation profile who both builds and frames, turning emerging AI capabilities into trusted, business‑ready solutions for Finance teams.
What you will do
- Build & explore in the Lab: Design, prototype, and build Generative AI assistants and agents for Finance, from first concept to working solution – including conversational agents, agentic workflows, and AI‑augmented automations.
- Lead exploratory lab work on emerging AI and automation capabilities: Assess their maturity, value, and fit for a global luxury Finance context.
- Develop solutions on the Microsoft / Power Platform ecosystem: Bring promising prototypes to a robust, demonstrable state.
- Pioneer the building of agents and personal assistants through automation: Make advanced capabilities accessible to Finance makers without heavy development.
- Frame & qualify: Conduct business framing and specification work, confirm potential ROI and process owner satisfaction.
- Collect, qualify, and prioritize ideas and use cases: Suitable for automation, agents, or generative AI scenarios across Finance processes.
- Prepare and support transfer of mature solutions to build teams for industrialization: When relevant.
- Acculturate & share: Drive workshops, demos, coaching, and events with Finance makers.
- Animate and feed the community of champions: Share best practices, successful use cases, and effective prompts.
- Maintain a continuous technology watch: On LLM and Generative AI developments and translate into practical guidance.
- Represent the Lab in external innovation ecosystems: Including IMA, Microsoft, and peer companies.

What you bring
Must‑have – core (non‑negotiable)
- Generative AI & agentic build expertise – proven, hands‑on experience designing and building Generative AI assistants and AI agents.
- Microsoft tooling & Power Platform – strong practical command of the Microsoft suite and Power Platform.
- LLM & Generative AI watch and practice – demonstrated track record of staying at the forefront.
Must‑have – important
- About 8 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or innovation delivery.
- Ability to frame business needs and qualify potential ROI with process owners.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and acculturation skills.
- Fluent professional English and French; comfortable in an international, matrix environment.
- Master’s degree (engineering or business school) or equivalent experience.
