CDI - Europe E-Store Project Manager H/F/X
The role

Based in Paris 17th
As part of the E-Commerce Europe team, and reporting to the Head of E-Store and Category Management Europe – the E-Store Project Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of two European websites.
What you’ll do
Mission 1: Management and implementation of commercial animation plan
- Create and implement the website’s sales promotion plan
- Coordinate with different levers of the e‑commerce team (ECRM, acquisition, etc.) to optimise results
- Configure campaigns (promotions and content) on the e‑commerce platform (CMS – SFCC)
- Coordinate with the e‑commerce content manager for the creation of assets to support promotions
- Follow up on sales target achievement and propose new business solutions or activations when needed
- Conduct benchmarks and propose improvements for business optimisation
Mission 2: Catalogue Management
- Ensure the maintenance of the catalog (new products, discontinued items, pricing, etc.)
- Follow‑up of stock management; anticipate out‑of‑stock issues and update catalogue
- Accompany new launches with a dedicated launch plan
- Optimise product catalogue and pages: names, filters, categorisation
Mission 3: Online merchandising
- Define and implement the e‑merchandising strategy in coordination with local subsidiaries (according to product launches, trade animations, promotions, etc.)
- Coordinate and optimise the flow of content between the brand team and the subsidiaries
- Continue optimisation of Internal Search Engine (SFCC)
- Implement tracking and analyse the performance of campaigns to optimise UX
Mission 4: Projects
- Participate in the management of ecommerce projects
- Conduct regular UAT sessions related to the roll‑out of new features and projects
- Act as the regional point of contact (EU) for the two websites managed by subsidiaries
Mission 5: UX & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Leverage a third‑party CRO tool to design and implement customised user journeys, enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth
- Adopt a user‑centric approach to optimise and personalise the customer journey onsite
- Co‑work with external contacts (CRO third parties)
Mission 6: Reporting on E‑Commerce activity
- Daily, monthly, weekly, bi‑annual and ad‑hoc reporting on site activity and key KPIs (orders, turnover, AOV, etc.)
Profile description
You are: A graduate of a Business School or University. A specialization in Digital is a plus. Bringing at least 3 to 5 years of experience in e‑commerce / e‑store. Customer‑centric, business‑oriented, and passionate about digital. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively. Recognised for excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment. Fluent in both French and English, enabling you to thrive in an international setting.
You have: Strong expertise in e‑commerce and the digital ecosystem. Hands‑on experience with a CMS, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Proficiency with digital performance and optimisation tools such as Google Analytics, JIRA, and AB Tasty. A results‑driven mindset combined with a strong understanding of customer journeys and e‑commerce performance drivers. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
