CDI - Data Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure Manager

As a Data Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, as well as optimization of the organization's cloud and on-premise hosting infrastructure. Your objective: to ensure secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure services that support enterprise applications, data platforms, and business operations.

Your role: to lead infrastructure teams, oversee cloud strategy, manage hosting environments, ensure compliance and security standards. You will be working closely with application, security, DevOps, Managed Service Providers and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure.

Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of cloud services.

Oversee provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.

Contribute to cloud governance and architecture standards.

Data Hosting & Platform Management

Manage enterprise hosting environments including data centers, virtualized infrastructure, and hybrid cloud platforms.

Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

Support hosting for enterprise applications, databases, and analytics platforms.

Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance.

Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy

Contribute to the definition and execution of the cloud and infrastructure strategy.

Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premise environments to cloud platforms.

Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.

Help design scalable and resilient infrastructure architectures.

Security, Compliance & Governance

Ensure infrastructure aligns with security policies and regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Work closely with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls.

Support identity access policies and infrastructure security monitoring.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor infrastructure and cloud engineers.

Coordinate activities with DevOps, security, networking, and application teams.

Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.

Operations & Reliability

Ensure infrastructure uptime and reliability.

Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

Support monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.

Gestion de l'infrastructure Cloud

Concevoir, mettre en place et gérer les environnements d'infrastructure cloud, principalement sur Microsoft Azure.

Garantir la scalabilité, la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité des services cloud.

Superviser le provisionnement, la configuration et le cycle de vie des ressources cloud.

Contribuer à la mise en place de standards d'architecture et de gouvernance cloud.

Gestion des environnements d'hébergement et des plateformes

Gérer les environnements d'hébergement de l'entreprise incluant les data centers et les infrastructures virtualisées.

Garantir la haute disponibilité des services et les capacités de reprise après incident (disaster recovery).

Superviser l'hébergement des applications métiers, bases de données et plateformes d'analyse de données.

Surveiller la capacité et la performance de l'infrastructure.

Architecture et stratégie d'infrastructure

Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie cloud et infrastructure de l'entreprise.

Accompagner les projets de migration des infrastructures on-premise vers le cloud.

Mettre en place des solutions d'automatisation et d'Infrastructure-as-Code.

Concevoir des architectures d'infrastructure robustes, évolutives et résilientes.

Sécurité, conformité et gouvernance

S'assurer que l'infrastructure respecte les politiques de sécurité et les normes réglementaires (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Collaborer avec les équipes cybersécurité pour mettre en place les contrôles de sécurité nécessaires.

Contribuer à la gestion des politiques d'accès et à la surveillance de la sécurité de l'infrastructure.
