CDI - Contrôleur de Gestion Offre (F/H/X)

Role Overview

The EME Offer Controller reports hierarchically to the Offer Controlling Director within the EME central functions controlling department.

The role involves analyzing monthly performance results (sales and margins), building rolling forecasts, communicating risks and opportunities, and supporting negotiation campaigns with Offer teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relevant analyses on key performance indicators: multi‑axis analyses of sales and margin, expenditure of budgets allocated by brands.
• Build the monthly rolling forecast for these indicators.
• Communicate risks and opportunities within scope and propose actions.
• Participate in annual negotiations campaign with Offer teams; collect financial data and evaluate objectives.
• Coordinate country analyses on the same indicators.
• Propose relevant benchmarks and share best practices.
• Support local teams and propose new analyses/tools to monitor business evolution.

Qualifications

• Education: Master 2 degree or equivalent in Finance / Controlling.
• Experience: significant experience (minimum 7 years); experience in retail is an asset.
• Skills: Reactivity, anticipation, rigor, and autonomy.
• Strong interest in modeling tools; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
