The EME Offer Controller reports hierarchically to the Offer Controlling Director within the EME central functions controlling department.
The management control team is responsible for analyzing monthly performance results (mainly Sales and Margins). In particular, the EME Offer Controller:
- Delivers relevant analyses on key performance indicators: multi-axis analyses of sales and margin, expenditure of budgets allocated by brands.
- Builds the monthly rolling forecast for these indicators.
- Communicates risks and opportunities within their scope and proposes actions.
The EME Offer Controller participates in annual negotiations campaign with the Offer teams. They are responsible for collecting financial data and participating in the evaluation of objectives.
The role of the central controlling team is also to support local teams. The Offer Management Controller is thus responsible for:
- Coordinating country analyses on these indicators.
- Proposing relevant benchmarks and sharing best practices.
Our central organization is adapting to the strong growth of our activity. In this context, the EME Offer Controller will need to demonstrate agility and be prepared to implement new processes to support business needs. The EME Offer Controller works with corporate tools (SAP, Cubes, Power BI, Excel) but is capable of proposing new analyses/tools to monitor business and activity evolution.

- Education: A graduate with a Master 2 degree or equivalent in Finance / Controlling
- Experience: significant experience (minimum 7 years). Experience in Retail will be a definite asset.
- Skills: Reactivity, with a sense of anticipation, rigorous, and autonomous.
- A strong interest in modeling tools is recommended. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication – including in English.
