CLIENT ADVISOR – LUXURY HOUSEPARIS, CENTRAL AREA

ABOUT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the collections and products, while consistently striving to e xceed individual and store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
• Act as a true Brand Ambassador, cultivating long-term relationships with new clients and developing a strong portfolio of VIP clientele.
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily store operations, working closely with the team and management to maintain impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of experience within the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven experience working with KPIs, CRM and client appointments, with a strong commercial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
