Responsibilities

• Supervise the general and analytical accounting of the subsidiaries
• Ensure the production of financial statements within deadlines
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, group standards)
• Control the tax and social declarations of subsidiaries
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Follow intercompany transactions and intra‑group operations
• Coach and support subsidiary accountants in their development
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal auditors
• Participate in improving accounting processes and implementing reporting tools
• Propose optimisations of financial flows and internal procedures
• Travel twice a month to African subsidiaries

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in accounting, finance or management (DSCG, Master CCA, commerce school with finance specialization)
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including in a multi‑subsidiary or international environment
• Knowledge of French accounting standards and IFRS
• Proficiency with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to manage a team and work cross‑functionally
• Rigorous, organised, analytical mindset
• Excellent English (written and oral)
• Significant experience in an accounting firm is an advantage
