In the context of heightened demands for compliance, securing flows, and controlling operational risks, the Audit & Internal Controller (M/F) actively contributes to protecting the company's assets, reducing financial losses, and continuously improving the internal control system.

He/She works cross-functionally with the Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Human Resources departments, and acts as a true partner to operational teams in steering and controlling risks.

This role covers operations in France, Monaco, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Identify, analyze, and map fraud and loss risks (monetary, merchandise, administrative losses).
  • Assess the compliance and effectiveness of existing procedures.
  • Review and formalize critical processes related to cash flows and stock flows.
  • Support operational teams in the correct application of procedures.
  • Define and monitor corrective action plans in case of discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the spread of an internal control culture and exemplarity within the network.
  • Utilize transactional data (POS, E-commerce, stock, CRM) to identify atypical or risky patterns.
  • Build and maintain monitoring reports for key risk indicators.
  • Develop queries and tools for predictive or preventative analysis.
  • Produce structured, decision-oriented analyses and formulate high-value operational recommendations.

Investigations & Fraud Case Management:

  • Conduct investigations following store alerts, data analysis, or legal requests.
  • Collect, analyze, and document factual elements.
  • Establish structured and actionable investigation reports.
  • Collaborate with Security, Fraud, HR, and Legal teams in the context of disciplinary or litigation procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with the steps undertaken.

Retail Audit:

  • Conduct store audits (3 to 5 per year).
  • Identify areas for improvement and formulate pragmatic and operational recommendations.
  • Ensure follow-up on recommendations and measure the effectiveness of action plans.

Education:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Audit, Finance, Internal Control, Data Analysis, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an audit firm, internal audit, data analysis, or loss prevention.
  • Experience in the retail/luxury sector is a major asset.

Technical Skills/Hard Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of POS environments (TP.Net, Vynamics) and SAP.
  • Mastery of retail fraud mechanisms.
  • Strong writing skills (audit and investigation reports).
  • Fluent French is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
