The Omnichannel Architecture Governance community is regrouping architects from all our Tech Divisions, Regions and Functions to trigger, support or help accelerate initiatives and projects by providing architects with a cohesive set of principles, tools, strategies and a network of excellence. Within Chanel’s Global IT organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Maison understands, governs, and evolves its technology landscape. As the Architecture Referential Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind our Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) platform, ensuring it becomes a trusted source of truth for IT and business stakeholders across the globe. You will sit at the crossroads of technology strategy, data governance, and cross‑functional collaboration, interacting daily with Enterprise Architects, IT domain leaders, application owners and stakeholders worldwide.
Impact you create at Chanel
- Own and steer the Architecture Referential (LeanIX) platform roadmap: define the vision, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the platform evolves in line with Chanel’s IT strategy.
- Drive data quality and completeness: establish governance standards and engage with application owners and IT teams worldwide to keep LeanIX data accurate, up‑to‑date and meaningful.
- Enable strategic IT portfolio decisions: deliver dashboards, reports and analyses that empower leadership to identify redundancies, assess technology risks, plan modernisation roadmaps and allocate investment where it matters most.
- Champion adoption and engagement: design and lead training sessions, communication campaigns and community rituals that keep LeanIX a living tool used by hundreds of contributors.
- Connect the ecosystem: ensure LeanIX integrates seamlessly with adjacent tools (CMDB, project portfolio management, cloud inventories) to create a coherent view of Chanel’s IT landscape.

What you will bring
- Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience with LeanIX or a comparable Enterprise Architecture Management platform (e.g., Ardoq, Mega); proven experience as a Product Owner or functional lead for an enterprise‑scale platform.
- Technical acumen: solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), IT portfolio management concepts, application lifecycle management, integration patterns (APIs, data feeds) and adjacent IT management tools.
- Stakeholder engagement: natural ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders across IT functions; comfortable presenting to leadership and coaching contributors on data entry best practices.
- Analytical mindset: strong skills in data analysis, reporting and visualisation, turning raw data into compelling stories that drive action.
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus. Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Rigour and autonomy: structured, detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment; able to take ownership and deliver independently.
