CDD - QFS Financial Controller - (M/F)
QFS Finance function, based at Danone headquarters in Paris, is looking for a QFS Financial Controller (M/F) for a temporary position (CDD) starting as soon as possible. QFS focuses on ensuring excellence in quality and food safety at all stages from suppliers’ management, manufacturing, to the shelves for consumers. The role involves month‑end closing activities, budget management tasks, and support strategic projects under the leadership of the senior controller.
Monitor Actuals
- Ensure costs, accruals & payroll are captured in the right cost centers, period and allocation; review intercompany charges to validate accuracy
- Align on FTE vacancies & phasing in close partnership with Business Leaders and HRBPs; analyse variances to forecast with root causes and corrective action plans
- Prepare monthly reports for Company controlling, including FTE reporting and YTD cost analysis; update full year Risk & Opportunity list monthly
- Act as a business partner supporting teams' activities & projects with recommendations; deliver specific accuracy for Half‑year and full‑year closing
Build Annual Operating Plan & Rolling Forecasts
- Anticipate & reflect cost and FTE evolutions; prepare consolidated view and seek management approval
- Communicate AOP or RF with appropriate phasing to each relevant legal entity controller
- Upload Annual Budget and Rolling Forecasts in the QFS Power‑BI finance tool
Support the Function's Strategic Projects
- Simulate different scenarios for organizational changes in collaboration with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HRBP, Organization Design) and reflect changes once validated
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement of processes and answer new requests

About You
- You are recognized for your analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor
- You possess excellent team spirit
- You are responsible and adaptable to changing environments
- 2‑4 years of relevant experience in controlling
- Financial education
- Curious mindset, result- and efficiency-oriented
- At ease with data analysis
- Experience in data management tools, ideally previous experience in Power‑BI
- Familiarity with SAP and Magnitude is highly valued
- You are fluent in English
- Proficiency in French is a plus
