CDD - QA Technology Transfer Officer H/F

Role Overview

As part of the Tech Transfer (TT) activities, we are looking for an experienced Quality & Technology Transfer professional to strengthen the team and support upcoming transfers and associated quality activities.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience in Quality within a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical environment, with solid hands-on experience in Technology Transfer management.

Beyond the core Quality and Tech Transfer expertise, we are looking for someone with interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions, able to identify opportunities to improve the way we manage, analyse and leverage information across Technology Transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Quality activities related to Technology Transfers, ensuring alignment with applicable quality standards, internal procedures and project requirements.

• Act as a key Quality partner throughout the different phases of Technology Transfer.

• Coordinate Quality deliverables across sending and receiving sites and relevant internal/external stakeholders.

• Support the definition, execution and follow-up of Technology Transfer plans and associated Quality documentation.

• Identify, assess and manage Quality risks, gaps and dependencies throughout the transfer process.

• Ensure appropriate follow-up of deviations, CAPAs, change controls and other Quality activities impacting Technology Transfer.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Quality, Regulatory, Technical/Process teams, Project manager and other relevant functions.

• Monitor key milestones, deliverables and potential risks to ensure transfers remain on track.

• Provide clear and concise reporting to management and proactively elevate critical issues.

AI & Digital Mindset

• Identify opportunities where AI and digital tools could improve Technology Transfer and Quality activities.
• Explore practical use cases such as knowledge management, document analysis, information retrieval, risk identification, trend analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of more efficient and data-driven ways of working.
• Act as a bridge between Quality/Technology Transfer business needs and AI emerging capabilities.

Deep AI technical expertise is not required . We are primarily looking for someone who is curious, comfortable with new technologies and motivated to explore practical AI applications in a Quality and Technology Transfer environment.

Experience & Expertise5–10 years of professional experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or a comparable regulated industry.Demonstrated experience in Technology Transfer, ideally involving transfers between manufacturing sites and/or external partners.Strong understanding of Quality systems and GMP environments.Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to manage several complex topics simultaneously and operate with a high degree of autonomy.Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Interest in Artificial Intelligence, digitalisation and data-driven ways of working.

Experience Level 5–10 years of relevant experience, with a strong combination of Quality and Technology Transfer expertise.
