Danone SA cherche un contrôleur des frais généraux en France, basé à Paris (La Fayette).

Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe Corporate, et relève du Head of OVH Controlling.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating the financial activities for Danone SA, the two DTBVs, and Asian Holdings Overheads.
• Act as a key liaison with Danone counterparts across Finance, HR, GS, and other stakeholders.
• Support decision‑making related to Group Short‑Term Cost Planning & Control.
• Establish and maintain an effective follow‑up structure for all fixed costs.
• Prepare and present business insights to the management team and the Corporate Finance Director.
• Manage FTE costs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business needs.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive related action plans.
• Contribute actively to the delivery of the strategic Finance Roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling in a large and international context.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
• Capacity to animate non‑Finance people and build trustful relationships internally.
• Openness to challenge the status quo and drive with energy.
• Structure minded, rigorous with figures and processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP & BI systems is an asset.
• Team spirit.
• Fluent in English and French.
