[CDD] Margin Analyst F/H

This is a fixed-term position for a period of 6 months.

The role is based at our European campus in Moussy-le-Vieux (located 10 minutes from Roissy CDG). To make your commute easier, free shuttle buses are provided to ensure optimal access to the site.

Under the supervision of the margin manager, your main responsibilities consist of:

• Assisting the sales teams in formulating pricing strategies by providing margin analyses
• Providing information on the profitability of the products to the planning managers for the optimization of sales and production mixes
• In close collaboration with the finance teams, participating in explaining the financial results of the Business Units, both from a retrospective and prospective perspective
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with the Product Line Managers on margins and sales

Provide margins using the internal model

Gather information on production costs, energy and grains markets, sales prices

Continuous improvement on the margin model

Margin analysis

Follow-up of the contracted margins in collaboration with the finance team, and the prospective margins based on the salesplan

Provide margin inputs to the sales team in order to set the target prices

Share margin information to help planning team to produce optimize production plans

Budget & reforecast analysis

Consolidate the topline information for budget and reforecast analysis (contracted / open volumes, prices)

Analysis

Assist the finance team to explain the financial results

Participate in transversal analysis

support the team on the various business requests

Your profile

Higher degree (BAC +5 in Business School, Engineer, university) with approx 5 years of experience in similar position (finance, business analyst), within big Companies with complex organization & strong transformation environment.

Very strong analytical capacities, ability to work in transversal cooperation with various department and partners, customers service oriented both internally and externally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a key requirement for this position. Advanced level of Power BI is a plus.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position.
