CDD : Intermediate Business Controller
Hyundai Capital France (HCF) is a joint venture between Hyundai Capital Services and CGI Finance (Société Générale Group). HCF supports Hyundai Motor France, Kia France, Genesis France, and their dealership networks (around 400 locations in France) by providing leasing and loan solutions for new and used vehicles, as well as serving as a commercial agent for related insurance products. Role Objective
The Intermediate Business Controller will oversee the monitoring and analysis of financial and commercial data to enhance Hyundai Capital France's strategic and operational decision‑making process. This is a fixed‑term contract from mid‑July to mid‑December.
Responsibilities
- Budget monitoring: discuss, evaluate, and challenge budgets and expenses; track invoices and coordinate accounting processes with external partners.
- Brand invoice management: validate data for brand invoicing, liaise with external finance and pilotage partners, review and confirm data with the Deputy CFO/CFO.
- Communicate with OEMs (Hyundai Motor France, Kia France, Genesis France) and coordinate profitability analysis.
- Profitability analysis / new‑business ROI: prepare detailed ROI data at the account level, conduct monthly profitability analyses across multiple dimensions.
- Support: prepare financial reporting data for management, collaborate with marketing brand managers, extract and refine data for financial initiatives.
Qualifications
- English (business level).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent control and alerting abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite (automation and analysis).
- Focused on process optimization and a data‑driven approach.
