CDD - Global Innovation Project Manager Cooper Consumer Health H/F

CCH is looking to appoint an innovation project manager whose role will be to design and deliver innovations for some key brands of the global and local portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management from idea to launch:

• Co-build with marketing manager the innovation pipeline from brainstorming to Marketing concept with clear objectives, Marketing concept focused on consumer needs, formula and packaging for all brands in your portfolio

• Once concept approved by consumers and leadership team; manage the product development from idea to go to market fitting profitability objectives

• Own, define and monitor project’s retroplanning with all internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate all cross functional teams and external stakeholders deliverables for on time delivery of the project (R&D, BD, regulatory, supply, quality, legal), incorporating key markets needs

• Manage risks and project issues and come up with mitigation plans

• Build financials potential of your projects through countries coordination

• Lead the Stagegate process and meetings in front of leadership team

• Ensure innovation tracking and follow-up with all countries across the full stage gates process

• Deliver the master design and master texts of new products being launched to deploy with country into local artworks

• Co-build and co-present launch toolkit with all needed information for country to deploy at local level

EXPERIENCE PROFILESector and experience: 2-5 years in marketing with preferably previous experience in innovation project management, preferably in consumer health care, FMCG industriesScientific & Regulatory knowledge of food supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices is a plusFluency in English is a must with ability to present with confidenceCOMPETENCIESnOutstanding project management skills with timing monitoringAbility to manage multiple projects at different development stages and different stakeholdersAbility to influence and effectively collaborate with cross functional departments and external partnersStrong analytical skills with consumer focusGood level of Financials P&L knowledge and skillsStrong ability to present and embark leadership teamStrong ownership with ability to work with high level of autonomy
