CDD - Global HR Controller (F/M/X)

In the context of the replacement of a maternity leave, we are looking for a Global HR Controller starting from the 1st of July 2026 to the end of February 2027 reporting into the HR controlling Global Director.

The role is a short‑term mission located in the Paris area (Neuilly‑sur‑Seine).

Responsibilities

• Build & analyze HQ global HR controlling Budget 27 and Revised 2 26 along with our HR BPs and strong partnership with finance
• Actuals follow‑up & analysis of HR controlling for HQ Global costs and reconciliation with finance figures
• Coordinate and prepare LVMH Annual Report 2026 campaign from Q4 26, and work with all actors implied in this process (from markets to Group)
• Assist in reconciliation of LVMH HR monthly report vs Core HR figures, and analysis of monthly variances, reply to Group questions
• Assist in the deployment of a staff costs worldwide HR controlling project
• Reply to ad‑hoc requests related to HR controlling

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in finance or HR controlling
• Fluent in English (French being a plus)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of All Share being a strong plus
