CDD - Digital Experience Project Manager H/F/X
The role
Fixed‑term contract, position available from July for a duration of 5 to 6 months, based in Paris (17th arrondissement). Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will oversee new digital opportunities (brand exploration) and digital discovery products to shape the next generation of brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead several digital acceleration projects (e.g. New Look & Feel revamp, Voice, Digital Innovation Lab, Digital Factory, UX/UI optimizations, Skin Observer rollout) and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, support the digital scope, source ideas and spot risks.
- Create UX and design briefs and supervise the production of zonings, wireframes and mockups with designers and the Artistic Direction team.
- Coordinate the validation of specifications and mockups with all stakeholders (Customer Experience team, regions, IT, top management).
- Work closely with the Content team to ensure production of animation assets (banners, visuals, etc.).
- Perform UAT of your projects with support from an external agency.
- Coordinate launch and roll‑out for all markets (AMA, APAC, Europe, FGM): launch pack, planning, process, and help markets configure on SFCC.
- Participate and actively take part in brand and digital seminars and key meetings with top management.
- Adopt constructive critical thinking and solution‑making mindset to facilitate progress and collaboration between all stakeholders.
- Set up and encourage cross‑functional cooperation within and beyond our department.
- Work closely with the CRO team to monitor KPI, identify best practices and lessons learned, and share project results and learning with internal contacts.
- In collaboration with the CRO team, build and follow user research, reporting, benchmark, etc.
Qualifications
- Organized, efficient, and reliable with a strong methodological approach.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization.
- Team player with a sense of deadlines, analytical mindset, and good judgment.
- Passionate about the luxury and cosmetics industries.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital/e‑commerce project manager role.
- A degree equivalent to a Master's (Bac +5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Figma Jam) and analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Content Square is a plus.
- Strong taste for new digital trends, UX best practices, design, and technical challenges (Design System, components, etc.).
- Comfortable using CMS such as Salesforce and mastering ticketing tools (JIRA, Asana).
- Ability to assess risk and identify key stakeholders to remove barriers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical and design skills around website digital projects.
- Experience within an international company.
- Fluent in French and English (the majority of documents and meetings are in English).
