CDD CRM Campaign Project Manager (H/F)

CRM & Customer Engagement Team (DIGITAL EUROPE) deploys all CHANEL’s CRM Campaigns over Europe and is responsible for creating a holistic view of the customer journey, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are optimized for satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and behaviors for segmentation and targeting.
• Develop, implement, and manage CRM campaigns to support business objectives.
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, and deliverables in alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end development and execution process for 3DIV CRM campaigns.
• Launch CRM campaigns and monitor their performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
• Document and share campaign results with stakeholders.
• Identify and set up personalized content rules.
• Provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
• Coordinate execution planning for CRM campaigns.
• Manage partner agencies to ensure seamless campaign production.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Rigorous and pragmatic with an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of service and advice.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors for segmentation and targeting.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and monitor campaigns while keeping teams aligned.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, data‑analytics tools, and A/B testing.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluency in both French and English.

This role is offered as a fixed‑term contract from early July to end of December 2026, covering the replacement of a team member on a short‑term assignment.
