CDD - Comptable fournisseurs Achats Indirects Pays (M/F/X)

Your Mission

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the accounts payable ledger of several European subsidiaries within our European Accounting Department based in Saran, France.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance and reliability of accounting operations related to purchasing, invoicing and payments – review and post supplier invoices and related automated transactions, monitor approval workflows, review and control payment runs, and monitor supplier account reconciliations and balance clearance activities.
• Ensure the quality of monthly closing activities – monitor accruals and provisions with local Controlling teams, and review balances of accounts payable related accounts.
• Ensure supplier account accuracy and reliability – analyze supplier accounts and balances, handle supplier requests and follow-ups, and resolve discrepancies in compliance with company procedures and deadlines.
• Contribute to the transformation and digitalization of financial processes – participate in the deployment of innovative automation solutions.

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (minimum 2–3 years of higher education) and ideally have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced functions).
