CDD - Chef de Groupe Project Management (F/H/X)

Profile

As part of the Project Management Department for the Sephora Collection brand, you will be responsible for a portfolio of development projects in the Makeup division. In this role, you will be in constant contact with all parties involved in development (internally: Marketing, Formula and Packaging Development, Purchasing/Quality/Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and externally: subcontractors in France and internationally), for whom you will act as a coordinator.

Position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Build and monitor launch schedules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the right quality and quantity standards.
• Take charge of managing new projects and ensure they run smoothly from the marketing brief to market launch, coordinating the various internal functions (Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Supply, and Marketing) and external subcontractors.
• Study and secure the feasibility of projects, identify risks, and determine the associated action plans.
• Bring together operational and marketing experts.
• Organize and lead project follow-up and feasibility meetings and participate in various meetings concerning the projects for which you are responsible, acting as an interface and facilitator.
• Present, alert, and propose solutions for at-risk projects during Management Committee meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of project management methods and tools.
• Carry out launch reviews and be a source of proposals for new processes/best practices/continuous improvement to be implemented.
• Take charge of identified cross functional and strategic projects.

• A five-year engineering degree or equivalent university qualification
• More than six years of professional experience in project management in product development
• Extensive knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in the industrial, cosmetics, or agri-food sectors

• You are rigorous, structured, constructive, and curious
