CDD - App Performance Media Manager (F/H/X)

Please note this is a maternity cover position starting from August 2026.

OPERATE THE APP DOWNLOAD STRATEGY FOR SEPHORA

• Support European markets in the development and execution of their app media strategies.
• App store optimisation
• Monitor app media and organic performances
• Launch A/B test and iterate tests

ANIMATION OF THE SEPHORA APP COMMUNITY

• Partner with media agencies to ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement
• Animation of a community of performance media managers
• Partner closely with the creative team to create relevant assets
• Develop and share best practices and playbooks across Europe

PERFORMANCE TRACKING & FORECAST MANAGEMENT

• Drive monthly performance forecasting across EU markets, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with business objectives, not only on App but also other performance media channels
• Partner with local markets and media agencies to monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and adapt action plans accordingly
• Coordinate with Digital and E-commerce teams to align media objectives, commercial targets and monthly forecasts
• Develop reporting and presentations to provide visibility on key performance indicators at both European and market level

• 6/8 years of minimum experience in agency in an international environment
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of e-commerce challenges
• Current knowledge of app download best practices is essential to this role.
• Familiarity with tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Appfollow, Google Analytics)
• Rigor and Strong organizational
• Skilled communicator and teaching skills, able to collaborate closely with different teams
