Agent Polyvalent (F/H) – CDD

Location: Angers, France

Salary: 12,31 € brut/hour. Hours: 28h/week, Monday–Friday. Contract duration: 3 months, 01/09/2026 to 12/12/2026 (potentially renewable). Benefits: 50% transport subsidy, 70% employer contribution to mobile health plan.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of communal and private spaces: offices, halls, corridors, stairs, laundry, etc.
• Dusting, trash segregation, and disposal.
• Floor, window, furniture and sanitary maintenance.
• Cleaning residents’ apartments during on-call duty.
• Opening and monitoring the reception area.
• Physical and telephone reception.
• Sorting and filing of administrative documents.
• Participating in on-call duties to ensure continuity of services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar role with multi‑function responsibilities.
• Discretion and teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, enjoys teamwork and caring for residents.
• Driver’s licence B and SST (first aid) training preferred.
