GENERAL DESCRIPTION

To support our project and growth in France, we are looking for a motivated Financial Planning & Analyst Officer.

You will join the team to manage the project's budgeting and forecasting processes, the financial and operational reporting to internal and external entities, including lenders, government agencies and project shareholders. You will also coordinate the work of external service providers in the accounting, tax and insurance area.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting, multi-year business planning, and rolling forecast processes across project development, construction, and operating activities.Own and maintain integrated financial models including: Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Funding requirements ,Project valuation metrics
• Deliver monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and investment case assumptions.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess key project risks and opportunities, including: Energy yield, Power prices, Inflation, Interest rates, CAPEX and OPEX developments
• Support management decision-making through financial insights and actionable recommendations.

Asset Performance & Value Optimization

• Establish and coordinate financial performance monitoring during the operational phase of offshore wind assets.
• Analyse operational and financial KPIs including: Availability, Generation volumes, Revenue performance O&M costs, EBITDA Cash generation
• Identify performance deviations and propose corrective actions to protect or enhance asset value.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to translate operational performance into financial outcomes.

Project Development & Construction Follow-up

• Monitor project development expenditure and construction CAPEX against approved budgets and financing assumptions.
• Track project schedules and assess financial impacts arising from delays, claims, variations, or scope changes.
• Support investment approvals, stage-gate decisions, and development portfolio prioritization.
• Ensure alignment between project execution plans and financial objectives.

Project Finance & Funding Management

• Manage project finance facilities and shareholder funding arrangements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate debt drawdowns, shareholder funding requests, debt service payments, and financing compliance requirements.
• Lead financial reporting to lenders and financing counterparties.

Shareholder, Board & Management Reporting

• Support the Head of FP&A to Prepare high-quality financial and operational reporting packages for the CFO and the Board of Directors in coordination with
• Translate complex financial information into concise management insights and decision-oriented recommendations.
• Present financial performance trends, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and Analysis or Big 4 advisory, audit
• Infrastructure or Energy Finance
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or power generation is highly desirable.
• Experience with project-financed assets and lender reporting is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• Project Finance & Corporate Finance
• Valuation & Cash Flow Modelling, Debt Structures
• IFRS and French GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in French & English is a must
