An opportunity is open for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will lead the global commercial strategy, driving profitable growth, market expansion, and customer value across all trade lanes and logistics products in the freight forwarding industry. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CCO will own sales performance, key accounts, pricing, and commercial execution, leveraging the organisation's global network and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global commercial and growth strategy
• Drive revenue and margin growth across air, ocean, road, and contract logistics
• Lead and develop a high‑performing global sales and commercial organisation
• Own senior customer relationships and oversee strategic negotiations and tenders
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience globally
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure commercial strategies are operationally deliverable
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on commercial matters

About You

• Senior commercial leadership experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth in a global organisation
• Strong understanding of international trade lanes and pricing dynamics
• Strategic, hands‑on leader with Board‑level influence
• Commercially driven and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments
