Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for our client in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, including product development, pricing, and market positioning.
• Drive innovative customer value management (CVM) programs focused on anti-churn and retention, working closely with product, technical, and BI analyst teams.
• Manage and mentor a diverse cross-functional team of approximately 20 professionals across commercial, product, and analytics functions.
• Collaborate with engineering and network teams to ensure product and innovation alignment with market needs.
