The CCAC Technical Consultant – Expert on super pollutants, NDC 3.0 and MRV for the Dominican Republic will be responsiblefordeveloping and managingrobust, transparent, and internationally aligned monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems for GHGs and SLCPs in particular for CH4 and HFCs, ensuring high-quality data collection, rigorous quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and timely reporting that supports national planning, international obligations, and co-benefit tracking.
