Responsibilities

  • Accountable to manage OnTrade related programs and execute them focusing on French on‑trade customers.
  • In charge to develop customers preference for our brand portfolio, working in partnership with the KAMs.
  • Have knowledge of the on‑trade business and consumers’ insights and a customer focus to succeed.
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time and work seamlessly within the matrix, especially with the Customer Marketing team, Consumer Marketing and Commercial teams.
  • Build and develop best‑in‑class Category Development capabilities for your customers that will enable us to win market share.
  • Deliver key customer meetings: Revue de marché & d’innovation, Point performance à date etc.
  • Identify categorical development opportunities for your customers.
  • Analyze performance of Bacardi on the on‑trade channel with Nielsen CGA and strongly collaborate with marketing team to understand brand performances and put into place boost plan.
  • Ensure sales field team has all the tools they need to deliver perfect execution at regional wholesalers and point of sales.
  • Develop and manage customer activations (specific promotions, brand visibility on catalogue etc.).
  • Manage directly a one‑year alternant.e.

In this role, you will primarily be based in Saint‑Denis’ office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues. By September 2026, the office will move to Paris 9th, closed to St‑Lazare.

Drive Results & Excellence in Execution

  • Provide local consumer‑specific insights to influence customer review meetings and commercial propositions.
  • Build and manage specific Customer Engagement programs, including category Management initiatives, categorial purchaser marketing programs, etc.
  • Organize and manage customer‑facing meetings in partnership with the KAMs.
  • Develop ongoing Account Manager content.
  • Share, ‘steal’ and re‑apply activation ideas and executions from other markets where relevant programs and plans exist.
  • Provide reports to the business on the channel & customer performance thanks to Nielsen CGA and data sharing from customer.

Develop Talent and Capability

  • Together with Commercial Development, own and embed Category Development capabilities to build the organization’s capacity to deliver year on year value growth.
  • Build a learning organization by creating a “share, steal and re‑apply” culture that systematically builds a database of Category Development best practices that feed into the Cluster.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to understand brand performance and build acceleration plans.
