We’re a global marketplace for extraordinary objects, and we need a commercially sharp, high‑energy category manager to lead and grow the Trading Cards segment.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Trading Cards
• Own the P&L and drive revenue and margin with clear commercial decisions
• Turn data into action across pricing, supply, marketing, and performance
• Anticipate hype cycles, demand shifts, and market trends before they peak
• Build structure in a fast‑scaling environment
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Trading Card Experts
• Create clarity, accountability, and ambition within your team
• Strengthen and scale the seller pipeline with Sales
• Build relationships with top sellers and high‑intent buyers
• Test fast, learn fast, scale what works

What You Bring

• Experience in consumer goods markets with a strong grasp of market dynamics
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
• Relentless commercial drive and entrepreneurial energy
• The ability to create structure while scaling fast
• Confidence influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical instincts – you make decisions backed by data
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Curiosity for trading cards or collector culture is a plus

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our offices in Amsterdam and Lisbon inspire collaboration. Most teams work in a hybrid setup, combining office and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office unless a role is fully remote or fully office‑based.
