Role Overview

The Corporate Purchasing Manager will lead key indirect categories—Facility Management, Fleet Management, Travel, and HR Services—contributing directly to the efficiency, reliability, and long‑term performance of the global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define, deploy, and manage purchasing strategy for assigned categories aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct sourcing analysis, establish supplier selection criteria, and challenge user requirements to optimize value.
  • Lead tenders, supplier assessments, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, governance rules, and ethical standards.
  • Track and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and report procurement performance (savings, cost avoidance).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, monitor performance, conduct business reviews, and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities, lead productivity initiatives, and benchmark market trends and innovation opportunities.
  • Support digitalization projects and improve the procure‑to‑pay process, including Purchase Requisition validation and Purchase Order processing.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of indirect purchasing experience.
  • Proven management of Facility Management, Fleet Management, Travel, and HR Services categories.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract governance skills.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, results‑driven mindset with high ethical standards and integrity.
