Position Details
- Location: Lyon Airport, France
- Shift Schedule: Rotating 4-on / 4-off shifts
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and minor maintenance tasks on aircraft before and after flights, ensuring correct system functionality and full compliance with aviation regulations. You will work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve faults, directly contributing to the safety and operational efficiency of the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) under supervision and contribute to the safety and operational efficiency of the fleet.
- Conduct routine inspections on aircraft components, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements and adjustments to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.
- Document all maintenance activities and maintain records in compliance with aviation regulations; report unsafe situations, incidents, or accidents, and certify proper execution of work.
- Prioritize and uphold safety protocols, contributing to a culture of safety within the maintenance team and the broader aviation community.
Requirements
- Resident and job authorisation to work in France.
- Technical high school diploma, preferably in an aeronautical or technical field, obtained at a Part-145 approved training center.
- Valid EASA Part-66 Category A (Blank) License .
- Ability to perform technical maintenance task.
- Pragmatic mindset with high adaptability to a dynamic operational environment.
