Cash Corporate Actions and Listing Operations Analyst

Introduction

Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business, operating in Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Paris. The team ensures fair and orderly markets for all products, including Listing Operations, Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member onboarding and Hosted Commercial Markets. EMS owns the service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for issuers and their representatives, including agents and legal advisors.
  • Analyse and structure Corporate Actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility.
  • Advise issuers on optimal execution frameworks.
  • Review and interpret legal and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate listing processes across multiple asset classes (equities, equity‑linked instruments, bonds, ETFs, warrants and structured products).
  • Ensure seamless interaction with post‑trade infrastructures such as Euronext Clearing, Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Euroclear.
  • Draft, validate and publish official Euronext market notices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of Corporate Actions information.
  • Provide clear guidance to market participants and support stakeholders through presentations and clarifications.
  • Maintain and update instrument data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the reliability of Euronext’s instrument reference.
  • Support process optimisation and harmonisation across markets.
  • Actively participate in digitalisation initiatives and high‑impact transformation projects.
  • Promote standardisation and scalability of operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial markets, exchanges or post‑trade environments.
  • Experience in client‑facing roles.
  • Corporate Actions or Listing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and good knowledge of cash products and instruments.
  • Familiarity with the Corporate Actions lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented and pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • High level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
