Career Development Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide individual support as part of the Career Development Counseling program
• Conduct personalized assessments
• Support the implementation of professional projects
• Inform individuals about professional development schemes and programs
• Provide guidance on VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience)
• Assess the feasibility of professional projects
• Facilitate access to training
• Advise and provide training on job search tools
• Draft reports and deliverables related to the service

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in social integration, professional transitions, or a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Psychology
• At least 1 year of experience supporting professional transitions
• Experience in HR consulting (preferred)
• Knowledge of the vocational training ecosystem and the local socio-economic environment
• Rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential
