Contribute realistic career coaching interactions to IXO conversational training work.

Responsibilities

• Hold realistic one-to-one conversations with another participant.
• Simulate career planning, job-search, interview and career-transition scenarios.
• Listen carefully and adapt your questions and explanations to the other person’s background and goals.
• Follow the scenario guidance while keeping the conversation natural, supportive and professional.

Experience and eligibility

Career coaching, counseling, advising, professional coaching or similar practice is preferred. Several years of hands-on experience, including planning, job search, interviewing, professional growth, workplace challenges or transitions, are especially relevant. You must be based in the United States and comfortable with paired remote conversation sessions. Prior AI work is not required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables are completed paired scenario conversations and any agreed supporting observations. Session and recording-use arrangements will be confirmed before participation. Scope, schedule and review criteria will be agreed with IXO before work begins.

Pay is $55 $105/hr in USD. Work is remote.
