Care Ops Lead: Scale Operations & Strategy

Alan is hiring a Senior Care Ops to take the lead of one of our main verticals, partnering with Care, Ops, Data, Engineers and Product to deliver on our Roadmap at scale. You will own the strategy and execution plan, diagnose performance gaps, and translate them into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes.

You will drive cross‑functional delivery, build dashboards, and coach teams, using fluent English and French.
