Care Ops Lead: AI‑Driven Process & Tooling

Alan is expanding its Care Ops team to redefine how health is experienced by unifying prevention, insurance, and care. The role focuses on owning tooling and workflow optimization across the Care community in France, Belgium, Spain and Canada, collaborating with Care, Ops, Data, Engineering, and Product teams.

You will drive end-to-end improvements, lead process changes, and advocate AI integration while partnering with external providers and internal stakeholders to scale operations.
