Care Ops Architect: Scale, AI & Tooling

Alan is hiring for a Care Ops role to support a global Care Community with tools, processes, and data. You’ll ensure operational excellence and scalable efficiency across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, collaborating with Product, Ops, Data, and Engineering to improve the tooling stack.

You’ll own the Automation Platform and external tools, lead AI-driven use cases, and work with external providers while driving adoption and security compliance. Fluency in English and French is required.
