Care Ops: AI-Driven Efficiency Leader (Remote)

Alan is hiring for the Care Ops team to support a global Community by delivering tools, processes, and data to drive our Roadmap and ensure scalable, exceptional user experiences across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.

This role owns the tooling stack, leads process improvements, champions AI and no‑code solutions, and partners with Product, Sales and external providers to drive adoption and secure compliant, efficient operations.
