Care Ops role

The Care Ops team delivers tools, processes, and data that enable the Care community to scale efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Care, Ops, Data, Engineering, and Product teams, owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle of tooling and workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks, prioritise them, and deliver solutions including automation, externalisation, or AI‑driven use cases.
  • Advocate and push efficiency needs to Product crews.
  • Pilot new contact channel projects, such as direct phone lines for high‑value segments and digitally challenged members.
  • Support localisation of the contacting experience and anticipate impacts for the Care community.
  • Identify and prioritise areas where current processes are not scalable, propose tooling solutions, and partner with Product to improve the stack.
  • Drive change by leading implementation of new processes and championing adoption.
  • Advocate AI use within the community, fostering understanding and integration into everyday processes.
  • Own the tooling stack (Automation Platform, Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, etc.) and serve as the point of contact for tooling needs and projects.
  • Manage business partnerships with external providers and oversee RFP processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for process optimisation and a proven track record of delivering quick, iterative solutions.
  • Organised and structured mindset.
  • Robust data analytics abilities; proficiency in SQL highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong growth potential and curiosity for no‑code, AI, and tooling.

Perks & Benefits

  • Fair rewards – generous equity packages complement the base salary (permanent contracts only).
