Care Ops role
The Care Ops team supports the global Care Community (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our roadmap. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency, enabling the community to scale without compromising user experience.
Key mission areas
- #1 Efficiency & performance monitoring – conduct deep dives into SLAs, prioritize inefficiencies, and champion automation, AI or externalization.
- #2 Contact experience – pilot new contact channel projects, support globalization, and anticipate impacts for the Care Community.
- #3 Tooling – prioritize scalable processes, propose tool‑based solutions, lead implementation, evangelize AI, and manage our tooling stack and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French.
- Excellent project‑management and leadership skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Passionate about process optimization with iterative execution.
- Organized and structured mindset.
- Robust data analytics abilities (SQL proficiency highly desirable).
- Independent, works well in fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent growth potential.
- Interest in no‑code, AI, and tooling.
