As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences. You will be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions that make a real difference, swift, timely responses, crystal‑clear accurate information, and transparent, helpful guidance every step of the way. You will dive into the fascinating world of healthcare, mastering both:

• The intricacies of the French healthcare system
• The unique needs of our B2B partners who choose Alan as their corporate health insurance provider

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping others and joy in solving member challenges
• Mastery of French and English at a full working proficiency level (written and spoken)
• Confidence navigating technology and digital tools
• Comfort connecting with members across all channels – email, chat, call‑backs only
• Natural empathy and calm presence in every interaction
• Enthusiasm for taking initiative and turning ideas into action
• Comfortable in collaborative environments where learning and sharing knowledge occur
• Bonus: Understanding of the French healthcare system (but we provide training if not)

Your Home Base

French fiscal residence required. You will be part of our vibrant Care Expert team in France.
