Care Expert
As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences, guiding members through the French healthcare system and serving our B2B partners.
Responsibilities
- Transform member requests into meaningful, accurate, and timely solutions.
- Provide crystal‑clear information and transparent guidance at every step.
- Deepen mastery of the French healthcare system and the needs of our corporate partners.
- Allocate 80% of your time to exceptional member support and 20% to innovative Care projects tailored to your expertise.
- Drive process excellence: identify and implement key improvements, translate data insights into actionable solutions, and lead end‑to‑end implementation.
- Guide and inspire fellow team members, build high‑performing project teams, and shape the future of Care at Alan.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for helping others and joy in solving member challenges.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) at full working proficiency.
- Comfortable navigating technology and digital tools.
- Excellent communication across all channels – email, chat, and call‑back only.
- Natural empathy and a calm presence in every interaction.
- Strong initiative and ability to turn ideas into action.
- Effective in collaborative environments, sharing and learning knowledge.
- Bonus: prior understanding of the French healthcare system.
- Salary range A2‑B1 level of our grid.
