The role

Care at Finary talks to thousands of clients every month across Subscriptions, Life Insurance, Crypto, and Finary One. Some of these interactions directly influence financial decisions: deposits, conversions, retention. But we don't yet have a systematic way to measure, prioritize, and scale this impact.

We've started building the foundation: a P&L prototype that connects Care activity to financial outcomes, AI‑assisted resolution that handles a majority of conversations, and proactive outreach experiments that show strong early conversion signals. Now we need someone to own this full‑time — someone who can turn early signals into a real operating system for Care value creation.

As Care Expansion, you will:

  • Generate revenue through Care. This is the job. You own the Care P&L and you make it positive — by building the right tools, triggering the right outreach, and converting the right clients. You're measured on the number, not on the dashboard.
  • Be on the frontline. Do client calls, join meetings, handle real cases. You don't build from a distance — you understand exactly what triggers a deposit, what saves a churning client, what makes a deal move forward. Your models work because you've lived what they measure.
  • Build the AI & data engine that scales it. Client scoring, churn detection, proactive triggers, automated workflows. You build the machine, you use it yourself, you iterate until it works.
  • Make other teams win with Care data. Finary One, Growth, Product — they plug into what you build. Not reports they receive, but tools they depend on to make their own decisions.

You'd be a great fit if you

  • Have strong experience mixing operations, data, and tooling (Ops, RevOps, CX with technical depth).
  • Are comfortable on client calls and in meetings — you don't just build from behind a screen, you talk to clients, understand their stakes, and feed that back into your models.
  • Can query a database, build a pipeline, and ship an internal tool — not just request one.
  • Use AI daily as a real work tool (prompt engineering, workflow automation, LLM integration), not as a novelty.
  • Think in P&L and value creation, not just metrics and dashboards.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity — the roadmap is shaped, not finished.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in English and French.
  • Are genuinely curious about fintech, investing, and wealth management.

This role is not for you if

  • You need a fully scoped backlog to be productive.
  • You prefer reporting over building.
  • You're uncomfortable with SQL, APIs, or technical tooling.
  • You see AI as a buzzword rather than a daily practice.
  • You don't enjoy cross‑functional collaboration.
  • You'd rather analyze data than talk to a client.

Bonus points if

  • Have startup or scale‑up experience.
  • Have exposure to regulated environments (banking, insurance, crypto).
  • Have built or maintained a P&L, attribution model, or revenue analytics system.
