Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) is the main management company for Natixis IM in Europe. It encompasses two activities:

• The distribution activities in Europe and in other geographic areas such as APAC, the Middle East, and Latin America for Natixis IM's asset management offering.
• A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates.

Natixis IMI continues to develop and strengthen its presence in France and internationally, leveraging the expertise of its teams and the multi‑affiliate model of Natixis IM.

Job Description

You are joining NIMI’s ETF Capital Market team as a junior Capital Market officer.

On a daily basis, you have the following tasks:

• Relational: Establish, develop and manage daily relationships with Market Makers and Authorized Participants who are high‑frequency trading companies for own account, investment banks or brokers to ensure optimal liquidity of ETFs in their primary and secondary markets.

• Secondary Market: Ensuring the distribution before the opening of the stock exchanges of net assets (NAVs) and portfolio composition files (PCFs) products by each affiliate responsible for the financial management of the ETF or its service provider and working with the teams in charge of their production to meet the evolution requests from our Market Makers.

• Primary Market: Pre‑validation and validation of orders for the creation and redemption of ETFs and information to portfolio management/trading teams of affiliates of primary market flows. Link with the Authorized Participants and the transfer agent in case of litigation or system problems.

• Technology and Data: Produce regular reports on the liquidity and trading spreads of NIMI ETFs, notably by developing technological tools for processing and displaying data. Develop real‑time monitoring tools for quotation using Python and Bloomberg as well as artificial intelligences.

• Expertise: Provide daily support to Affiliates and Sales by being the primary point of contact for sales teams for trading and liquidity needs, acting as the interface between Affiliate’s portfolio management/trading teams. It will therefore be a matter of developing strong ETF and Capital Markets expertise with the support and mentorship of the Head of Capital Markets.

Qualifications

• Completed one or more internships/apprenticeships and obtained a Master’s degree level 2 or equivalent, having exposed yourself to the key concepts of market finance and/or portfolio management as well as the development of related technological tools.
• Master the financial concepts of securities and derivatives.
• Capital market structures and regulation.
• Passive and active portfolio management.
• Development in Python or equivalent and related skills (git, tests, AI).
• The office suite, especially Excel, and ideally its Bloomberg integration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen.
• Reliable and rigorous.
• Inclined to take initiative and be proactive.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
