Capital Management Lead – Western Europe (ICAAP)

Revolut is expanding its Finance team and seeks a Head of Capital Management to lead ICAAP reporting and capital allocation as we scale. You will assess capital and manage market risks, owning treasury procedures and coordinating with tech teams to improve reporting processes.

You will drive capital plans, forecasts, and regulatory compliance across the group and subsidiaries, translating complex data into actionable decisions for senior leadership. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
