Capital Formation Lead

We are looking Capital Formation Lead / Strategic Fundraising to help finance the next stage of our growth. This is not a traditional investor relations role. We need someone who can build and execute together with the partners a capital formation strategy end-to-end: identify the right investors, open doors, manage relationships, drive fundraising processes, strengthen our positioning, and help convert interest into capital.

The role will lead engagement with venture capital firms, HealthTech and MedTech investors, family offices, strategic investors, accelerators, and European public-funding ecosystems, across both equity and non-dilutive financing.

Previous fundraising experience is critical. We are preferably looking for someone who has personally participated in and successfully executed venture fundraising processes for startups or innovation-driven companies, not simply advised on them.

The right candidate will also bring:

• A strong investor network, ideally across Europe and/or the US
• The ability to understand and credibly communicate complex science and technology
• Experience in deep tech, biotech, medtech, AI, neuroscience, or regulated innovation
• Strong executive presence, persistence, and communication skills
• The autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset required in an early-stage company
