Construction Discipline Superintendent – Responsibilities

• Create a safe work environment on site: lead HSSE plan understanding and implementation by supervisors; group and project HSSE targets met.
• Meet group/project quality requirements: lead quality plan understanding and implementation; lead site Quality verification team; group and project targets met; no violation of Group Quality Golden Rules.
• Achieve Mechanical Completion (A‑Scope): ensure supervisors and inspectors familiar with SBM Construction and Completions processes; monitor yard productivity and manpower to meet construction schedule milestones; review and approve yard construction procedures; ensure ITP followed; review and approve quality verification documentation; maintain manufacturing data records; keep as‑built dossier up‑to‑date; compile and issue discipline inspection test reports; interface with supply chain to ensure ROS; assist material controller with receiving inspections. Measure: project milestones met within schedule, quality, safety; feedback from Construction Manager.
