Campus Industrial Controller F/M

Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Control: Ensure achievement and optimization of key indicators, including operating income and working capital ratio; manage all financial aspects of industrial investment and CAPEX, including strict budget monitoring, ROI, subsidies, initial budget validation and retention of excellence; enhance internal control across purchasing, inventories, investments and operations; lead the Group’s financial cycles for industrial operations—business plan, budget, financial estimates, and monthly closings; oversee total inventory control—stocktaking, valuation, and fair value assessment; drive industrial cost control and cost‑reduction projects in accordance with accounting and regulatory frameworks.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Provide alerts and recommendations for improvement; supply relevant analyses to operations to optimize campus performance and support decision‑making; investigate and secure grant and/or tax credit opportunities related to capital projects; monitor and improve local internal control within the scope of industrial activities; serve as a permanent member of the campus management team.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Calculate and update standard unit costs following Group standards and procedures; identify monthly industrial variances and build weekly projections to support decision‑making and monitoring of action plans within the Group framework.
- Development and Implementation of Policies/Tools: Apply Ceva's internal control rules on the Campus concerning industrial operations (costing, inventory valuation) to meet the Group’s reporting requirements; participate in updating, if necessary, the Ceva Core Model on the Campus under the supervision of the Group teams.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Support the Campus CEO and act as a strong business partner on financial aspects of the site’s strategic industrial projects (business models, simulations, optimisation); relay the Group’s industrial management control policy and the site’s priorities; monitor investment projects in collaboration with project managers; train and raise awareness of financial and management concepts among Campus teams.
- Management: Represent the Finance function to other stakeholders; represent the voice of Group Finance within the Campus; manage an industrial management controller.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skills: Solid experience in industry; validated experience in industrial management control; strong command of budgetary processes and standard costs; ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions; proficient in IT tools and information systems; fluent in English; knowledge of ERP and Data‑Power BI.
- Behavioral Skills: Experience with multi‑site management (appreciated); pedagogical aptitude; results‑oriented; ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; transparency and integrity.
