About Connecto

Connecto helps university students turn LinkedIn into a real career engine. Instead of sending cold messages that go nowhere, students use Connecto to run structured outreach to recruiters, alumni and hiring managers, and to track what actually converts into calls and offers.

We are an early-stage team with paying users and a fast product cycle. We are now building a network of Campus Ambassadors across French universities and grandes écoles to bring Connecto to the students who need it most.

The role

As a Campus Ambassador you are Connecto's face at your school. You will own how students on your campus discover the product, and you will have direct access to the founding team.

What you will do

• Represent Connecto on campus and introduce it to students who are hunting for a stage, an alternance, a césure or a graduate offer
• Build relationships with the BDE, the Junior-Entreprise, career clubs and the finance, consulting and tech associations, and open the door to partnerships
• Organise or co-host at least one activation per semester: a workshop, a stand at a forum entreprises, an info session or a joint event with an association
• Run content on your own channels, LinkedIn posts, Instagram stories, group chats, whatever works for your campus
• Collect feedback from students and bring it straight back to the product team
• Track your own numbers, signups, activations and referrals, and report them in a short weekly check-in

Who we are looking for

• Currently enrolled at a French university, grande école or business school, licence, master, PGE or MSc, any field
• Active on LinkedIn and genuinely interested in careers, recruiting and personal branding
• Well connected on campus, you already know the people who run the associations, or you are the kind of person who will know them in two weeks
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers, online and in person
• Self-directed, we will give you the assets and the playbook, you decide how to run your campus
• Fluent in French and English

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a BDE, a Junior-Entreprise, an association board or a student-run event
• Some experience creating content or growing a personal audience
• Interest in startups, sales, growth or product
